Forging

Over the years, we have established world-class capacities and capabilities at Schilthorn. Our forging facilities consist of fully automated forging press lines that range from 1600T to 16000T. We provide services such as impression die forging and closed die forging to OEM customers worldwide. We produce premium quality parts by using aluminium or steel grade material.

Our forging lines are supported by various types of billet cutting equipment which include saw cutting machines, shearing machines, circular saw machines, and high speed shearing machines. Through these, raw material bars of input sections from 10 mm to 24 mm in diameter can be cut to accurate lengths and weights as per client requirements
